This USB drive erases its data after 25 incorrect password attempts.  It is likely fallible to some degree (as the Engadget commenters are quick to point out), but still, wouldn't it give you some increased peace of mind if you misplaced your drive?  A random person finding it would not likely be motivated enough to crack it open and hack the hardware.  Here's the source:

What someone needs to do is sell this device with a password management program on it.  Then you can carry an encrypted copy of all your passwords on a device that will destroy the data if someone tries a brute force attack.  Just don't forget the password yourself...

A good offline blogging tool has been an ongoing quest for me. This post is from Zoundry. So far it is not too shabby.

It supports multiple blogs, works with the Tablet Input Panel, and has built-in support for tags. But alas no spell checker. :(

The new Mini PC from AOpen looks great.  I have a Mac Mini already and I love the form factor.  Unfortunately I need more in my PC than what these little ones offer (only room for one SODIMM and one hard drive).  But don't they look great?
